Frequently Asked Questions

What is Human Design?

Human Design is a system that helps you understand how your energy works. It can show how you make decisions, how you interact with other people, where you may feel pressure, and where you may have been trying to operate in a way that does not actually fit you.

I like to think of it as a map. It does not tell you who you have to be. It helps you understand more of who you already are.

What do I need for a Human Design Reading?

You will need your birth date, birth time, and birth location. The birth time is important because it helps create the most accurate chart.

If you do not know your exact birth time, we can still talk about options, but some parts of the chart may not be as clear.

Do I need to know anything before booking?

No. You do not need to know anything before your first reading.

A First-Time Foundation Reading is made for someone who is new to Human Design or wants their chart explained in a way that feels simple and connected to real life.

Is Human Design the same as astrology?

Not exactly. Human Design does use birth information, and it has some connection to astrology, but it is its own system.

It brings together different pieces, including astrology, the chakra system, the I Ching, the Kabbalah, and the bodygraph chart. The goal is not to overwhelm you with information. It is to help you understand how your energy moves through life, relationships, decisions, and patterns.

Will a Human Design reading tell me my future?

No. That is not how I use Human Design.

A reading is not about predicting your future or telling you what you “should” do. It is more about understanding your energy, your patterns, and what may be active for you right now so you can make choices with more clarity.

You still have free will.

What can we talk about in a reading?

You can bring anything that feels important right now. Relationships, parenting, work, purpose, emotional patterns, decision-making, life transitions, or just that feeling of “something is going on and I can’t fully name it.”

Your chart gives us a starting point, but your real life is part of the reading too. That is usually where the good stuff is.
